Refund Policy

CREATIONS UNIQUE refund policy

At CREATIONS UNIQUES, you can return your item, exchange it or get a refund. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 06.61.74.00.94 or at the following email address: contact@creations-uniques.fr and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by message via social media or email if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. Reimbursement will only be made by Paypal otherwise it will be in the form of a credit in our store valid for a maximum of 6 months.

We do not refund shipping costs for the original order.
